ORDER PROCESS.

Advertisements for products are "invitations to treat" and not offers to contract. A product must be added to your shopping basket, and the checkout process (and payment) completed in full before the order is considered valid and products prepared for delivery.

 

PRICE + PAYMENT.

The price of goods is shown on the individual product pages and collected and totaled once added to your shopping basket. Delivery is charged at a flat rate based on whether you are an UK or International buyer, with additional flat charges made per item added. This is shown and calculated on the shopping basket page, with options to review before you use the checkout. Payment must be made before an order can be processed for delivery.

DELIVERY POLICY.

Please note that all customs and additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, so your order will be posted on the next available shipping day - within 1-3 working days usually.

This means if you order on a Friday evening, your order will most likely be posted Monday etc. You will receive a shipping notification via email when your order is on it's way!

(There may be holiday periods where dispatch times are a little longer than this - up to seven working days.) 

UK orders - we post via Royal Mail First Class, so you can usually expect delivery around 1-3 days from receiving a shipping notification. 

EU and International orders - we post via Royal Mail Standard International, so you can expect delivery around 1-5 weeks from receiving a shipping notification, depending on your location and how long the package takes to clear customs.

At this time, we do not provide tracked or signed for shipping apart from in exceptional circumstances or for very high value orders - email hello.rosieoneill@gmail.com (before making your order!) if you think you might need this service. 

The expected delivery date is not a guarantee - but we endeavour to deliver your products as quickly and efficiently as possible, to the best of our abilities.

Please be extra sure your delivery address is complete and correct prior to completing your order.

 

RISK + OWNERSHIP.

Products are at the customers risk from the time of delivery, ownership passes to the customer upon the later of delivery and receipt of all sums due in respect of the products.

 

RETURNS POLICY.

You can cancel an order up to 4 hours after purchasing as long as it's not been shipped. Simply email hello.rosieoneill@gmail.com and we will mark the order cancelled, refunding your payment. Once shipped, the order must be processed as a return and not a cancellation, so you must wait to receive your package.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please email hello.rosieoneill@gmail.com BEFORE, so that we can confirm and expect your package. All returns must arrive within a further 14 days in saleable condition. Return postage costs are at the expense of the customer.

We process refunds within 14 days of receiving a returned item - provided it arrives in good condition. We cannot refund your original postage costs. 

We can accept no responsibility for lost or damaged returns packages.
